Welcome to College of San Mateo!

Previous coursework/alternate placements will be used to assign your placement into English and Math courses.

(This is NOT intended for high school 9-11th grade students)


Instructions:

1. Complete all sections on the English and Math Assessment form

2. Be prepared to upload supporting documents: U.S. High School transcript, U.S. College transcript, Advanced Placement (AP), IB, SAT, ACT, CHSPE (unofficial transcripts/scores acceptable)

3. Submit form for review
